MEMPHIS, TN, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Western Specialty Contractors’ Little Rock branch has completed a facade repair project at Venson Towers, a multi-family residential property in Memphis, TN.
Working as a subcontractor, Western performed vertical and overhead concrete repairs throughout the building to address deterioration and extend the structure’s service life. The project also included the application of an elastomeric coating to provide additional protection to exterior surfaces.
As part of the restoration, Western replaced balcony railings, complementing the concrete repairs and exterior coating work while improving the overall condition of the building’s balconies.
