Houston attorney Rusty Hardin has once again been selected as one of the Top 100 attorneys in Texas and Houston by Texas Super Lawyers.
Mr. Hardin, founder of Rusty Hardin & Associates, was recognized for business litigation. Earlier this year, he was one of five firm attorneys selected to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers legal guide. He has been named to every Texas Super Lawyers since the guide’s inception more than 20 years ago.
With a career that has featured more than 200 jury trials, Mr. Hardin continues to succeed for his clients. Earlier this year, he and his firm colleagues won a favorable decision from the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a Houston police officer involved in the Harding Street raid. They also won a $46 million judgment for the family of an oil field worker who was run over and killed by a truck driver at a well site in DeWitt County.
