The new Assembly Line concept puts guests in control with fresh-ground, in-house all-beef patties available in 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz builds. Featured signatures include the Sun Devil (Swiss, bacon, hatch chile, jalapeños, chipotle aioli), the Big Mack-Inaw (8oz smash, American, 1000 Island, pickles, diced onions), and the fan-favorite Cowboy (cheddar, bacon, fried pickles, BBQ). Gluten-free bun and lettuce wrap options are available.
Detroit Coney Dogs – Still the Heart of the Menu
Detroit Coney, Bar, and Grill legendary snap-cased, all-beef Detroit Coney – topped with secret recipe beanless chili, mustard, and onions on a steamed bun – remains the cornerstone of the menu. The new SW Coney brings an Arizona twist with hatch chili, cheddar, and grilled chopped onions.
