BALTIMORE, MD, UNITED STATES, August 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Auction Markets, LLC d/b/a RealMarkets, the court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) for 225 N Charles Owner, LLC announced that the Circuit Court for Baltimore City has established 11:59 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) on December 11, 2026 as the deadline (the “Claims Bar Date”) for submitting claims against 225 N Charles Owner, LLC. The deadline was established by an order entered July 24, 2026 in Mainstreet Bank v. 225 N Charles Owner, LLC, Case No. C-24-CV-26-001058, Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City (the “Bar Date Order”).
Any individual or entity asserting, or who believes it is entitled to assert, a claim of any kind against 225 N Charles Owner, LLC or the Receivership Estate — whether secured, unsecured, liquidated, unliquidated, or contingent — must complete and sign a Proof of Claim form under penalty of perjury and submit it, with supporting documentation, to: Clerk, Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Courthouse East, 111 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. A Proof of Claim filed electronically must be received by the court no later than the Claims Bar Date; a Proof of Claim sent by mail must be postmarked no later than the Claims Bar Date. Submission by certified or registered mail, retaining evidence of the postmark, is recommended.
Under the Bar Date Order, any claimant who fails to timely and properly submit a Proof of Claim will be forever barred from asserting that claim against 225 N Charles Owner, LLC, the Receivership Estate, or its assets, and will not receive any distribution from the Receivership Estate.
Copies of the Notice of Claims Bar Date and the Proof of Claim form are available at www.realmarkets.com and will be provided upon written request to the Receiver.
The claims process is a routine, court-supervised step in the administration of the receivership. It does not affect the operations at the Property.
