ABS Management Reports Continued Leasing Momentum Across Multi-State Commercial Real Estate Portfolio

ABS President Reuven Rivlin, points to recent tenant renewals, expansions and new leasing across ABS Management retail and office properties

NJ, UNITED STATES, November 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ABS Management & Development Corp. is reporting continued leasing activity across its multi-state commercial real estate portfolio, including recent long-term tenant renewals, business expansions and new leasing across retail and office properties in several U.S. markets.

The activity has been overseen by Yechiel Reuven Rivlin, President of ABS Management & Development Corp., who is also known professionally as Reuven Rivlin. The recent transactions reflect ABS Management’s focus on active property management, tenant retention, strategic leasing and long-term ownership.

“Commercial real estate performance is ultimately built property by property and tenant by tenant,” Rivlin said. “Our focus has always been on maintaining strong assets, understanding what tenants need and creating environments where good businesses have reasons to remain and grow.”

Recent leasing activity across properties managed by ABS Management includes transactions involving nationally recognized retailers, healthcare providers, professional-service firms, restaurants and long-standing local businesses.

Retail Portfolio Shows Continued Leasing Activity

At Millside Plaza in Delran, New Jersey, PetSmart renewed its lease for an additional five years, extending the national retailer’s presence at the Route 130 shopping center.

The renewal continued a long-standing relationship between the retailer and the property and reinforced ABS Management’s emphasis on retaining established tenants that generate recurring customer traffic.

In the Syracuse, New York market, Dollar Tree and Champions Martial Arts renewed their leases at a Camillus shopping center managed by ABS Management, while Little Caesars joined the property in space previously occupied by Subway.

The combination of established tenant renewals and new leasing reflects what Rivlin describes as an important balance in neighborhood retail real estate.

“Strong shopping centers need both continuity and the ability to evolve,” Yechiel Reuven Rivlin said. “Established tenants provide stability, while new businesses can create additional reasons for customers to visit. The objective is to build a tenant mix that works over the long term.”

ABS Management has increasingly emphasized retail properties that combine traditional stores with restaurants, healthcare, professional services and other businesses that generate different types of customer visits.

Healthcare Tenant Expands in Memphis

In Memphis, Christ Community Health Services expanded its footprint while extending its lease at a property managed by ABS Management along Austin Peay Highway.

The transaction represented more than a standard renewal, with the healthcare organization choosing to grow within the existing property rather than relocate.

According to Reuven Rivlin, tenant expansion can be particularly meaningful because it reflects both business growth and confidence in the property.

“When a tenant chooses to expand within an existing location, it tells us that the property continues to serve the organization’s needs,” Rivlin said. “Those are the relationships we want to build across the portfolio.”

The Memphis property serves a mix of retail, healthcare and neighborhood-service tenants and remains part of ABS Management’s broader focus on commercial assets serving established communities.

Service-Oriented Tenants Extend Commitments in Florida

At Riverbay Plaza in Florida, Liberty Tax, Jackson Hewitt and New China each renewed their commitments to the shopping center.

The three businesses represent professional services and dining uses that have become increasingly important components of neighborhood retail properties.

ABS Management believes service-oriented tenants can provide shopping centers with durable customer traffic while complementing traditional retailers.

“Retail real estate has changed, but the need for convenient, well-located commercial properties has not disappeared,” Rivlin said. “What has changed is the mix of businesses that customers expect to find there.”

Office Renewals Reinforce Property-Level Strategy

ABS Management’s recent activity has not been limited to retail.

At a professional office property in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Blazick Law and Thomas, Thomas & Hafer Law Offices renewed their leases, maintaining the presence of established professional tenants at the property.

For ABS Management, the transactions underscore the company’s view that office real estate should be evaluated property by property rather than treated as a single uniform sector.

Location, tenant quality, accessibility, building condition and responsive management all remain central considerations.

“Office properties today require a very asset-specific approach,” said Rivlin. “A well-located building with established tenants and professional management can have a very different outlook from another property in the same broader market.”

Active Management Across a Multi-State Portfolio

The recent transactions reflect ABS Management’s broader operating philosophy.

Rather than viewing ownership primarily through acquisitions and dispositions, the company places substantial emphasis on what happens during the years between transactions — including tenant communication, leasing, property maintenance, capital planning and long-term asset positioning.

Under Yechiel Reuven Rivlin’s leadership, ABS Management & Development Corp. has continued to manage commercial real estate across multiple U.S. markets with a focus on maintaining tenant relationships while identifying opportunities to strengthen individual properties.

The company’s portfolio includes retail and office assets serving a range of national, regional and local tenants.

“We believe active ownership matters,” Rivlin said. “Buying a property is only one part of real estate investing. The real work is maintaining the asset, supporting tenants, making thoughtful leasing decisions and positioning the property to remain competitive over time.”

ABS Management expects to continue evaluating leasing opportunities, tenant expansions and property improvements across its portfolio while pursuing selective opportunities for future growth.

The company has also previously outlined plans to evaluate additional retail and office acquisitions as part of its longer-term U.S. commercial real estate strategy.

For Reuven Rivlin and ABS Management, the focus remains on combining portfolio growth with active management and disciplined long-term ownership.
